Kristina and Matt are sincerely the best hosts I’ve ever had. They were responsive and extremely helpful. Even before I formally submitted my reservation, they were always available to help and answer questions in a very customer service oriented manner. I celebrated my birthday on the weekend of my booking and they were super kind to leave me a nice s’mores basket make the most out of the fire pit in the backyard!
The house is without a doubt one of the coolest house I’ve stayed at through Airbnb. You can tell that every single detail and piece of decoration was carefully thought out, adding to the space to become a real boho paradise. You will not regret staying in this local gem! Super clean and the vibes are immaculate.
Lastly, the house has so much to offer: pool supplies (floaties, towels, coolers), as well as coolers, a super cute bar, fire pit, grassy area, plenty of shade, and even some breakfast sandwiches in the freezer! Such a great experience!

Me, my family, and friends all love this house. It was a fantastic stay the house was big with lots of character to it. Nice big backyard with pool lots of grass for kids to run around on with a nice seating area for a bonfire we made s’mores 🤤. Grilled up some meat on the shiny fancy grill, took a dip in the pool, then chilled on the back patio which alsohad its own bar so serving the drinks was super easy. Even the patio had its own character and the wall omg I was posting fire pictures n videos. All 6 of us slept like a baby trust me the house is worth the stay. Kristina and Matt were great and easy to communicate with can’t wait to do it again 👍🏾👍🏾

This place was amazing! The back yard and privacy were to die for! My favorite part was the home decor, the attention to detail eso insane and the decor itself was so unique!!! The host is extremely responsive and helpful! Oh and not to mention the fire pit, my nine year old absolutely loved that and we made s’mores every night!!! Well worth it!

Dear guest we do have a few strict rulles and one of them is about parties. Unfortunately our house is not set up for parties, but we welcome family and friends gathering, because house located in a pretty quite neighborhood, that been said no loud music after 10 p.m that included music composing and parties .Also violation of this policy will result in $500 fine and forfeiture of any paid money for your booking, and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Quite hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM the acceptable amount of noise can be quiet conversation only. Smoking allowed outside only Also any bookings made for 3rd party will result in $500 fine and you will be ask to leave the premises immediately that also applies for bookings made from fake accounts, sister-brother or friend account, etc… Querido invitado, tenemos algunas reglas estrictas y una de ellas es sobre fiestas. Desafortunadamente, nuestra casa no está preparada para fiestas, pero damos la bienvenida a las reuniones de familiares y amigos porque la casa está ubicada en un vecindario bastante tranquilo, y se ha dicho que no hay música alta después de las 10 p.m. que incluye música y fiestas.
