Gorgeous house, beautifully decorated inside, and the outside landscaping/murals/lighting make it such a fantastic place to hang out. Interior is really cozy with lots of cool antique touches, and some amazing finds (especially the musical boxes hung on the wall in one of the rooms). The area is really quiet, last house on a dead-end block, and nights are so peaceful here. And yet the house is only a 15 minute drive from gorgeous Pompano Beach, and less to the nearest Publix, Walmart, Costco (take your pick). Spaces are all well-thought out here and the large kitchen table means you can easily eat in every meal if you want. House is also very close to I-95, so easy to get to Miami. Loved everything about the house, but best of all were Matt and Kristina. They were both super responsive whenever we had any questions, and were very quick and clear in their communications. Also got a chance to meet Matt who is super friendly and has a really wicked good sense of humor.

Dear guest we do have a few strict rulles and one of them is about parties. Unfortunately our house is not set up for parties, but we welcome family and friends gathering, because house located in a pretty quite neighborhood, that been said no loud music after 10 p.m that included music composing and parties .Also violation of this policy will result in $500 fine and forfeiture of any paid money for your booking, and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Quite hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM the acceptable amount of noise can be quiet conversation only. Smoking allowed outside only Also any bookings made for 3rd party will result in $500 fine and you will be ask to leave the premises immediately that also applies for bookings made from fake accounts, sister-brother or friend account, etc… Querido invitado, tenemos algunas reglas estrictas y una de ellas es sobre fiestas. Desafortunadamente, nuestra casa no está preparada para fiestas, pero damos la bienvenida a las reuniones de familiares y amigos porque la casa está ubicada en un vecindario bastante tranquilo, y se ha dicho que no hay música alta después de las 10 p.m. que incluye música y fiestas.
